"Falklands" by Buzard

The Battle of Goose Green (28th and 29th May 1982) was an engagement of the Falklands War between British and Argentinian forces. Goose Green had little strategic value to the overall aim of recapturing the capital Stanley but, as it was a significant Argentinian position and close to the beachhead at San Carlos, it could not be ignored. Once again, conflict has stirred in this once volatile region and the UN has had to step in to purge the area of incoming MEC forces. Armed with the already proven Bristish Harrier in this theatre of war, the UN forces have a high likelyhood of success in their mission to drive the invaders out.
